The Art and Science of Living Longer, with Dr Katie Armstrong
Wednesday 26th February 2025, Newlands House Gallery, 6pm
Our biological age may not be the same as our chronological age, but it is within our power to do something about that.
Find out what the latest thinking and research tells us about how to live not just long, but well. What habits can we build now that will give us a healthier future? What lifestyle factors can we address that will not only improve how we feel in the short term, but will also help prevent disease and slow the ageing process? And what can testing tell us about how well we are ageing.
Dr Katie Armstrong is the founder of Clinic51 women’s health and menopause clinic, is trained by the British Menopause Society, and brings over 20 years of experience as a GP, along with a passion for the impact that lifestyle has on health.
About Clinic51
Dr Katie Armstrong, Clinic51 Founder
Whilst going through her own perimenopause and practising as an NHS GP in Pulborough, she developed a particular interest and specialism in the menopause, and went onto train with The British Menopause Society and The Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
She founded Clinic51 in 2020, to offer women a more holistic, personalised approach to their health. She firmly believes that women should continue to be happy and healthy throughout their reproductive lives, through the menopause, and beyond.
