Baked Camembert in Bread with Cranberry Sauce – A Festive Recipe

Try out our indulgent December recipe that’s perfect for hosting this Christmas: Baked Camembert in Bread with Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

400g Hungry Guest St Marys loaf

1 x 200g camembert or brie

3 cloves of Mereworth garlic

2 sprigs of Mereworth Rosemary

1 x Hungry Guest cranberry sauce

Olive oil

Salt

Method

  1. Hollow out the middle of a Hungry Guest St Mary’s loaf. Keep the bread for croutons or breadcrumbs.
  2. Spread the inside of the loaf with cranberry sauce.
  3. Place the camembert/brie inside the loaf.
  4. Cut some slices into the cheese and press in the garlic and rosemary.
  5. Dress with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  6. Bake in an oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
