Try out our indulgent December recipe that’s perfect for hosting this Christmas: Baked Camembert in Bread with Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
400g Hungry Guest St Marys loaf
1 x 200g camembert or brie
3 cloves of Mereworth garlic
2 sprigs of Mereworth Rosemary
1 x Hungry Guest cranberry sauce
Olive oil
Salt
Method
- Hollow out the middle of a Hungry Guest St Mary’s loaf. Keep the bread for croutons or breadcrumbs.
 - Spread the inside of the loaf with cranberry sauce.
 - Place the camembert/brie inside the loaf.
 - Cut some slices into the cheese and press in the garlic and rosemary.
 - Dress with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
 - Bake in an oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
