Christmas Willow Weaving Workshop with Judith Needham

Tuesday, 25th November 2025
From 10am to 4pm

Book Your Place

Join Judith for a full day of Christmas willow weaving! You will start by creating a large star (up to 50cm across), decorated with random weaving and fairy lights, perfect for the top of your tree, hanging on your front door, or displaying on a wall year-round.

Afterwards, you can move on to smaller stars, miniature trees, angels, simple wreaths, and even tiny reindeer. You can choose what to make and create as many items as time allows. Prefer making multiple large stars instead of smaller decorations? That’s fine too!

All tools and materials will be provided. Bring only your ideas and creativity!

Tea, coffee, and a delicious lunch is included by the team at The Hungry Guest, Petworth. Quiche, and brownies.

Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies or dietary requirements.

During lunch break, enjoy exclusive access to Jane Bown: Play of Shadow, celebrating the legendary Observer photographer whose portraits reveal the soul of Britain’s cultural icons.
